With engine running and vacuum line off: 43.5 psi nominal
40.5 - 47.0 psi service range.

Thank you RBob!! Last question. Is the fuel pressure adjustable once the plenum/throttle body is back on? That is the only issue I foresee with getting it all set final.

Anybody know what the fuel pressure should be when not running? Mines around 45 psi when just turning the key one position prior to starting (ACC). I can hear the fuel pump energize in this key position and that's when I am getting the 45 PSI reading.

The 45 psi not running is OK. The reason I state running is that at key-on, engine-off the pump only runs for a couple of seconds. Hard to get a good stabilized reading.
