slp vs. flowmaster

which is better slp exhaust or the flows? flows claim 27 hp while slp claims 20. but slp says they out flow any exhaust on the market. this is really annoying me because i want somthing good performance wise. so if anyone had experiance with either of these just respond to this and tell me what u think.

Disregard the Mfg horsepower numbers to start with. And I would go with the SLP exhaust because of the sound and the all stainless steel construction ( will not rust ). Also the TOTL tailpipes are unique and look good on 3rd gen car.

yes do disregard the manufacturer claims they are complete crap. but if you are ruled by the almightly dollar then look at cost. there are several good exhuasts available and the random technology system is 1 of the best for flow, magnaflow is another good system. but they are all equal if you simply use a cut-out for when you are at the track and run the mufflers around town for a nice tone.

SLP SLP SLP :-)

lol i like the SLP if u noticed :-)

I recently installed the 2 on the left onto my new near mint GTA because i loved it so much on my Formula :-) I like the sound , no droning in the car and its loud when your on it , just like i like it :-)

and the 2 on the left is not normally seen on our cars is nice to boot :-)

And if u ever add headers like ive done to my Formula it sounds absolutely beautiful

my two cents

Sorry, but Hooker is better flow wise over both.

sound clip in sig, and it's a lot cheaper too.
