Does anyone know what I will have to do to put the 17x9.5 ZR1's on a 91 Z28?

Save up enough money and buy a set.

Get them with a 5.5" backspacing. Put 275/40ZR17s on them.

Bolt them on.

Every where I have called say that they don't make there wheels with the right backspacing for the third gen cars, but I have seen several with them on there cars.

There are some makers who build them in the correct offsets. I think GroupA wheels and PerformanceWheelOutlet both do.

www.PerformanceWheelOutlet.com, they're good as long as you stay away from the chrome ones (or so I hear).
