I bought a used hood awhile back & finally got it painted & on my car. But the 2 little clips that hold the pop-up spring on were missing. I called Harwood this morning, told them that I had bought a used hood & wanted to see if I could buy the clips from them. He is sending me the clips for free! Yeah, only a few bucks out of their pocket for the clips & postage to mail, but THAT is Customer Service! He knew I hadn't bought it from Harwood & that the missing clips were not Harwoods fault so he coulda made a few bucks but good Customer Service is worth more than a couple little clips.

Got the clips & screws today...He sent me & only 2 are required. The Sales guy was Robert Floyd who gave me the parts (his card was enclosed in the envelope).

Just giving props to a company that got zero money from me, yet hooked me up on missing parts for free. Only a few bucks worth of parts but still......Seems unusual to get that kind of service these days.
