Lowering Roof Lines On Camaro

I'm in the process of building up my IROC and another idea has crossed my mind. What if - I added the 6" Z-28 spoiler, Shaved the door handles, added a daytona style hood, shaved the roof about 1", blacked out the taillights headlights and parking lights, and painted it black with metallic blue flames with 17" chrome iroc wheels ???? Of course i'm not planning on doing this yet, i'm waiting for everyones opinions.

personally, im not to fond of the hood. i also like the stock spoiler opposed to the 6 inch, and chopping the hood could lead to disaster if not done right. I like the paint idea though, and the rims. lowering the car might not be a bad idea either. WHatever way you go, its your car and you should build something out of it that YOU will be proud of. Just my 2 cents....

P.s- chopping the hood would probably be incredibly difficult to do because of the rear window. A new custom built one would be a large chunk of change.

Don't quote me on this,, but I'm fairly (ok,,very little)sure the back glass is laminate (due to that funk color in some you see) instead of tempered,,, if that's the case,,,. you'd have to (could)have one hell of a careful person trim it...but it would be very risky. Having an actual one made custom,,, LoL,,, you'd be cheaper making the car a notchback w/dealer parts.

Chopping the roof an inch wouldn't hardly be noticable, and would make endless headaches, with the rear glass definately being the biggest. If you lowered it enough to actually be noticable, I have to think it would start looking REAL dumb.
