Wheel painting question
I've got a set of TT2's on my Firebird which are polished. Has anyone gone so far as to paint the spokes on these wheels? What would be necessary to properly prepare the polished spokes so that the paint would adhere properly and last? Nothing is set in stone yet, this is just an idea I had recently.

Re: Wheel painting question
I painted the spokes of some ROH Snypers. The clear coat was pealing on the wheels so I took it all off with stripper. Then I cleaned the wheels real good with mineral spirits, masked off the lips and sprayed the spokes/center. It's been well over a year...closer to two I think, ad they still look good. I just used Rust-o-leum gloss black. Three coats.

Re: Wheel painting question
I was considering DupliColor wheel paint. The Gunmetal/Charcoal grey with the polished rim, center cap and chrome lugs should look sharp on a black car. Think so?
