sorry about the massive size of fasteddi's photo. i cant seem to figure out how to re-size it. if anyone has information on how to do this, or can post up an appropriately sized photo, i would very much appreciate it.

Re: *Poll: April 2014 COTM **Voting**
Thanks to everyone that nominated me! This is a pleasure especially for a V6 owner such as myself. I am grateful to have the opportunity to show my car to you all.
Little history on the car: I bought this 1991 Camaro Rs 3.1L V6 back in December 2002. I was a senior in High School and this was the first car that I paid for all on my own. It had 33,9xx miles on it upon the purchase. Now the car has 113,xxx miles on it. This car was a daily driver for quite a few years. Now this car is a bracket car and a toy. I mainly race it at Summit Motorsports Park (Norwalk). I've raced this car there since I bought it in many different classes. Now I am racing it as a sportsman class car. 12.00 cut out ET(NHRA). It has given me a lot of fun times and to be honest this car will always stay with me.
Mods on my car are as of last fall before I started my Hybrid 3.1/3100 build.
Engine:
3.1L V6 Block
Delta 260 Cam
Fully ported/polished/deshrouded heads.
Ported intakes and knifed TB.
48lbs southbay injectors
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
AEM alky injection
GT3582 Turbocharger (13 Psi at the track/9 Psi on the street)
Custom tuned myself Via $59 on TunerPro
MSD Digital 6+box
MSD Coil
Taylor Wires
LC2-DIY2 Wideband kit
Autometer 5 inch tachometer with shift light
Autometer Boost/Vac guage
Rear End:
Moser 28 spline axle
Alburn LSD
C-clip emimiators
Richmond 3.73 gears
Transmission:
All ProBuilt parts
Transgo shift kit
Vette servo
Larger intermediate and boost valves
Roadking HD61 Torque Converter rated at 2800rpm stall
Suspention/Tires
Kyb Adjustable shocks in the rear.
Custom Boxed LCA
Hosier 28x10 slicks
SLP line lock kit
Racing Info:
Race weight 3205 Lbs
Best 1/4 mile=12.88@104Mph (this was at 13 Psi of boost)
Best 60 Foot=1.766
Best 1/8 Mile=8.17@83Mph
As of now I am finishing up a hybrid 3.1/3100 V6 build. Im made up some tube headers and ditched the dizzy for dis. Hope to have that project complete just in time for the racing season. Im just hoping for a 12.00 flat car this year but only time will tell.
Thanks again everyone.

First of all I would like to thank anyone who voted for me and anyone participating in the voting process. Its a honor to be nominated and to be grouped in with the other cars being nominated. Just to be in with Orr's car was a privilege as I've been following what hes done to his car and strived to do the same for a long time.
As any gear head I keep taking apart and rebuilding every chance I get as this years set up will be a little different as I'm doing a LS3 heads, intake and a new TSP Cam in the hopes of more power. Heres a short list of whats on the car now
Hes a list of mods currently on the car

92mm fast intake ported by vengence racing
92mm nick williams throttle body
Hawks LT headers
patriot ported and polished heads

BODY AND OTHER MODS
Complete autometer dash
LS1 Brake upgrade all the way around

Upgraded T56 with a LS7 clutch

Wow thanks for the nomination. Some great thirdgens in here, and being open class makes it hard to choose. Got some modded ones and a very clean stock car. Am surprised more nominations werent sent in? Only 4 this month?
Just a typical bolt on car. 401" dart block, big heads, big cam, home fabbed twin turbo setup, T70's, intercooled, pump gas 1000+whp street rig riding on OEM C6 vette 18/19" staggered wheels.

mantaguy you got mine.. I love that you didnt get a white wrap around.. you kept it correct and I admire that. It would be tempting to update the look with a body color one is yours a foam one with the non painted surface? I loved the one on my 86 years back.

I'd say the auxiliary jack is a necessity these days, not a mod.

What a great looking bunch of cars! Was tempted to vote for the '91 Camaro, as that was my first new car, but as the new owner of an all stock '88 T/A, and I had to go with my heart and vote for mantaguy.
