Im in the same boat with my formula. Im redoing my entire interior. All the new headliners ive seen have got the seatbelt retractors cut right out of the headliner. I had the same question cause i didnt want to pull off my seatbelts either. I went and got new seatbelt guides too. Those are the flat peices of plastic that go under the headliner and clip onto the seatbelt extractor to cover the hole in the headliner. The new guides have little slits in them so you just have to carefully bend the guide and slide if over the belt. Price wise....ive been shoping and the cheapest ive been able to find a new one was 135 with 20 shipping cause it has to be frieghted seeing as how its an oversized package. Hope this helps.
