what should I offer for the gfx

A local body shop has the front bumper rear bumper and all gfx from an 85-89 trans am.

They have the hood too. With the vents. I like my hood, so I might not get it, only the gfx.

Any way. What should I offer for the whole package, with and without hood.

They don't want much, I think. What is a modest offer.

I tried low-balling it at 50 without the hood.

They were a little to smart for that.

Later today, I will try 100 cash. See if that works...

What is necessary to mount the gfx on my 82 T/A?

I know I gotta drill some holes in the door to mount the rails, but is there a tech article that would help me?

under the side skirts there are two other pieces. one unbolts from one other piece that is welded to the body. youll need both of them to mount the side skirts. the one that is welded on is only spot welded so just take a drill and several bits with you. everything else is bolted on with 7/16 cut thread nuts except the two front fender skirts which have normal bolts on them. i cant remember the size however. oh and as for price i sold a complete skirt set from an 87 IROC less the front cover for $100. Youre looking at getting something in the neighborhood of $1700.00 worth of parts on the cheap. If its a body shop they know how much it is all worth more than likely. if you can get it all for around $200 youre doing good.

the bumper is really warped from sitting awkwardly in the heat.

They say that I can fix it with a heat gun, but should I even bother?

I should get some parts that aren't allready screwed up, I figure.
