GFX straps

Where can I get the GFX straps that hold the rear bumper to the 1/4 panels and the front fender gfx to the fenders? I'm talking about the strip of metal with 3 screws that are formed on it. I dont have much luck removing them with out them breaking(cheap metal) so can i get new ones?

Or is there a way to fab something up that does the same thing. I dont have access to a welder though.

Thanks,

Matt
