What should I pay?
To make a long story short.. was walking around the bone yard today looking for a horn and some small misc parts.. ran across a wrecked 92 25th RS.. the rear hatch with the defroster lines all intacts.. went over them one at a time and all are good. Mine are naturally cut, not working, and such. Would have to get the decklid painted.. but other than that its great. Manager told me to give him an offer, the shop I work at gets alot parts from him. What should I offer him for it?
still need the 2 horns tho

I dont think I would give him more than 100 bucks. Chances are if you dont buy it, it will just sit there and rott. Did you try any of those defroster repair kits where you like mask off the glass and paint this crap on to hook the lines back up??
Ive got a brand new a/c delco horn outside you can have if you pay shipping. It was from my cavalier but should work fine on a thirdgen I would think??

I agree.....
I think if you buy alot of parts from them they will give you a break, 100 to 150 would be great in my book ( but start low ). As far as painting the new lid, why dont you just transfer your existing lid to the new glass, its just a few nuts & then cut the urethane sealant loose from the lid. Besides this would allow you to get glass & lid adjusted perfectly to your car.

chances are if he is asking for a price, doesnt really care what he gets... a local salvage yard around here asks 125.00 for them. I would start low, like 50-75 bucks and see where you get...
