Couple questions on replacingbody panels.

1) I read somewhere about just being able to replace the "skins" on the quarter panels / fenders .... but that was the extent that i found of that comment. Since mine are not damaged in any way but rust , that might be an option rather than getting new panels, but i don't know a) where to get skins, or b) how to replace the skins. Any info on this would be helpful.

and 2) If i get new quarter panels / fenders, how do i go about taking the old ones out and welding these in . I couldn't find a whole lot of information on that here either.
