How do I fix this?

This has been on my car since before I had it and its really bothering me and I want to try to fix it myself. I guess someone pulled up to close to a parking spot stop. Here is a pic of the damage Id like to fix. Thanks for your help.

It would be cheaper to buy another one, that is a nasty crack that will most likely always show.

take off the that ground effect, clean up that area completely (fiberglass dont stick to paint, then you can fiberglass the backside to strengthen it, then you can either put epoxy on it and fill it up like bondo, or you can use bondo. only problem with bondo is that it will probably fall off if you hit it again or twist it around a lot, epoxy and fiberglass will permently stay bonded to that plastic, youll break the plastic around it before you break that epoxy. i did that to a couple of ground effects on my maro when i did the body work. the reason i suggest taking it off is so you can glass the back of it and you can paint it after.
