Hi all

I've just picked up my first US car - a 1989 RS Camaro.
I'm hoping to get it back to somewhere near factory fresh, but we'll see what happens along the way.

There's some rust issues to get sorted ASAP (t-tops, arches, leading edge of the hood) but nothing too major.
In the mean time, though, I'd like to get the emblem back on the rear bumper.
At the moment, there's 2 strips of black tape covering the hole:

At some point, the paint work will be addressed, but I'd like to get the emblem back on it so I feel like I've started.

Anyway - I'm not convinced the RS emblem fits that hole.
Am I wrong?
Or could this rear bumper be from something else?

Looks like the same as mine. Assuming you have the right emblem - it's the middle emblem in this ebay link:

Cheers for that - I'll get one on order then.
I'm considering a respray at the moment, so perhaps I'll wait to apply it until that's done.
