Need help with an inner window sweep

I need help with an inner window sweep installation. I have had the door panel off before. I seen the sweep in molded onto the molding on the sits at the top of the door. When I had everything off before, I tried to resecure the old sweep back on the best I could. Now I have all new sweeps that I'm going to install. They are just the sweeps, the inner ones dont include the top molding that goes at the top of the inside of the door. I was wondering if there was a common way that these are attached. I would like to do this as close to as professionally as possible. I know doing it wrong could end up in the window being scratched in the future. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Drilling the spots where the molds were and putting in maybe a plastic rivet or plastic screw and nut maybe had crossed my mind (if that would be possible)
