rust oleum
so i did my engine bay with rust oleum and i was wandering if it be a good idea to do the inside of the front fenders and inside the car.

I used the brush on Rustoleum about 5 years ago and then the car sat in the driveway. I started working on the car again and all of the rustoleum flakes off when you touch it. I tried some farm implement paint (Majik brand) and that stuff is as tough as nails. I would try to use that type of paint instead of rustoleum. Just my 2 cents.
Long story short, I believe in painting all surfaces whether they are hidden (like your inner fenders) or not.
