Removing Bumprs and GFX from an 88 Sport Coupe to swap for older Sport Coupe Bumper??
as the title implies. ive been throwing the idea of taking the GFX off my 88 SC swaping out the bumpers for a sport coupe from 82-87. its not a for sure thing, because i love a camaro with gfx, but id just like to know how hard or easy it would be to do it, and what i would need to do.
i know i would need to cut that metal strip of the side that supports the rocker panel GFX and patch some holes. but other than that i figure its just a bumper switch. and there's sport coupes a plenty in the junkyards around here.
anyone ever do this before? ive seen some videos on youtube, but never had a chance to talk to anyone about it.
any input is appreciated.
