HID Halo conversion

i guess this would fall here? lol.

So i had a couple lights go out, at 30 bucks a peice i decided to do a conversion since its not much more

ordered new housing and ballasts and HID's of course, was just wondering if anyone here did this conversion and how much of a pain it was? the last car i had already had them installed so i didnt have to do much.

any tips and pointers would be awesome too!

I havent done a conversion, but I do know you are going to need the following harness to make it work so that your headlight switch doesnt burn out. This harness re-directs the 12v going through the headlight switch and makes your lights run off of relays, all the while still controlled by your headlight switch. Highly recommended. see link below...

Oh yeah, before I forget, You MUST tell them what year thirdgen, or the harness wont be right when you get it. Tell them the year and make and you shouldnt have any problems. I bought this as a replacement harness to fix alot of my headlight issues and it works like a charm. The whole thing takes less than 15 minutes to install. Basically your existing headlight sockets plug into this new one. Pretty simple.
