Front bumper filler panel-plastic molding

I am in the process of replacing miscellaneous plastics and such. My question is in regards to the plastic cover that I've seen on top of the filler panel for the front bumper. Is this a factory item on all Firebirds of this era, or is it just certain trim codes or something?

I attached a picture of the part in question. Thanks!!

Firebirds have a metal filler in that area.

I paid $30 years ago so $30 plus shipping and I'm guessing shipping will be $15.
