85 Iroc Camaro, seem worth the price?

I'm looking at getting another camaro, just want opinions on it. It has everything I like including the t-tops, tpi, year, b&m shifter, etc..... I really want another project car. Its just hard to find the right one at the right price. Anyways, check it out:

I'd say figure out why he's selling a "near perfect" Camaro for under 3 grand. Looks like the paint is meh, but that's part of the lower price point. There's not alot of details either, especially on that rebuilt 350. How long ago, how was it done, and to what specs? Also, what's the deal with rust? Any on the floorpans or anything?

Looks like its worth looking into. Its just hard to judge the cars between 1 and 6 thousand or so.
