Car: 1992 B4C
1992 B4C/1LE Camaro 5 Speed
1992 CAMARO 1LE / B4C
This is an very rare 1LE/B4C race package Camaro.
· Larger 12” 2 piston Corvette brakes with Aluminum PBR calipers
· Special high durometer suspension bushings
· High Performance panhard bar
· Larger sway bars
· Aluminum drive shaft
· Special racing baffled fuel tank
· Special tuned shock absorbers
· 3.42 performance ratio limited slip differential
· High Performance Dual catalytic converters
· Plus much more
This vehicle also includes the B4C Police Package that puts all the performance features in a light weight model RS Camaro. The B4C was the only way to get the high horsepower Tuned Port Fuel Injection engine in the RS package. This vehicle has the very rare, highly desirable 305 5-speed Manual Transmission (Who would drive an automatic racecar?), and the best part about the B4C is that it was the only way to get the 1LE racing suspension package with Air Conditioning.
This vehicle includes:
Koni Adjustable “yellow” shocks
A fresh Rebuilt Stock Motor
Very Cold A/C
Cruise control
No Power Windows
No Power Locks
Non Smoker
Runs and Drives great!
This car is an EX Texas DPS Highway Patrol car, so there is no rust at all. The paint is fair since the DPS sprayed a silver paint job over the original black and white which is perfect underneath. The car is in very good condition except the paint, and some minor interior items. It was raced in SCCA autocross events for awhile and even trophied at the SCCA National Championships. The car has 181K miles on it but the motor was built to SCCA stock specs recently and has about 10K since the rebuild. The 5 speed transmission shifts perfect and the car is a blast to drive. It still has the Spot Lights so everyone will pull over out of the fast lane when you drive up behind them.
This is a very enjoyable race car that you can drive everyday on the street.
