is it possible?

to fit a custom box in the back safety box where the left wheel well is. i have an 85 berlinetta so I'm just trying to see if you guys think it has enough space for an L7 10" Kicker if you fit a box to it. tell if any of you have tried this before any information would help, thanks

Re: is it possible?

underneath the panel may be too tight, but if you're good with fiberglass, you may be able to build an enclosure to take the place of it

if and i say "if" because i wouldnt myself but, if you were to remove the cardboard box there would be enough room. I have a kicker 10 in a small square box and i put it in place of my spare and jack for the weekend just to try it. It sounded great as long as your car is just about rattle free.

Re: is it possible?

i was just saying the spare compartment because they are the same size on bolth sides, just comferming your thought. As for an amp depending on size, under a seat is a great spot.
