your favorite bass songs

I was just wondering if anyone had some songs they like to play at competitions or just when they're bumping. Thanks.

Personally I like Kid Rock - Three Sheets to the Wind or Crazy Town - Lollypop Porn if I am showing off my subs. But those are two big bass songs that fit my music tastes.

got some 15's or nice 12's? these will test them

1. Ludacris - Catch Up
2. Three Six Mafia - *** N Titties
3. Trick Daddy - Back in the Days
4. Trick Daddy - Change my Life
5. Bone Thugs N Harmony with Eazy E - For the love of money
6. Mac - Slow your roll
7. Tru - Hoody Hoo
8. Dru Down - Pimp of the Year
9. Bone Thugs N Harmoney - Ghetto Cowboy
10. E-40 - Big Ballin with my Homies

yea im gonna get flammed because its rap, but i used to listen to metal, and well, i like it better, dont like to be ghetto, then dont listen to it, the man asked for bass, and well, a synthesiser will do more good than a bass guitar or drum(altho i do say some songs do hit aight) you just cant beat rap...

OK. Your really gonna laugh now!!!!! But the one song that us OLDER folks used to always use to test "low" bass was........

-----(DRUM ROLL)-----

La Trim "Cars that go BOOM"!! LOL HEHEHEHE!!!

No chit, this song really was "the song" back in my day.

But for constant, hard hitting bass, ya gotta give it......

MC Breed "Ain't No Future in Yo Frontin'"

You'll come outta your car with a headache after ~3 minutes of that song.

Actually I could go back further than that. How about:
Beastie Boys - Licensed To Ill (the whole album)1986
2 Live Crew - Me so Horney & We want some p***y 1986
Salt n Pepa - Push it 1986
Boy are the memories rolling. I better stop while I'm ahead.

aw man! I forgot about I'm bad. Ok, got 2 more.
One more for the old school rap fans: Pop goes the weasle Third Bass.
And for the rockers: In the air tonight Phil Collins.
that Song is great if you want to scare the hell out of someone with the bass cause the beginning of the song doesn't have much low bass. s When the drums come in, WATCH OUT!!!
And you can always go with Fred, Meth, Red and DMX with Rollin Urban Assault

I agree that the whole disc is pretty kick butt. I also like Bass Mekanik. I can't remember the track or title but it's the full frequency sweep, it makes'em scream and start reaching for the door handle trying to get out of the car Hilarious!
I think was Sine Sweep 20khz-20hz.

Sorry I like juvenile back that *** up. It is a bit vulgar but I blew my subs to it so watch yourself, but give it a try. Also if you want a good song with alot of bass and treble use Alice Deejay's No more lies.
This song will make your WHOLE system sound really good. It is not all bass but its got kick!

Early 90's? I was stompin' enemies back in '86... I didn't even get a Nintendo the first year they were out... Parents were too cheap and got me my Atari 7800 Pro instead LOL

Anyway, my fave low base is DJ Cosmo - Unchained Melody Techno Remix... the base in the extended (7 min) version is second only to Ottomix's "Boom Boom" (also a fave). I should really get some subs to back up my tastes.

chillphatcat... haha... i was 5 when i got my nintendo in 90... it was new and cool 2 me haha... i never really liked a lot of techno but my neighbor **with an 88 firebird who REALLY needs to join this board** has 2 kicker 12 comp's with a kicker 300W amp on it took me 2 the soccer fields one day and popped a cd he burnt with that mario thing on it. I laughed so hard and listened 2 it and it's great. Search for techno remixes of... Mario... Tetris... Pacman... Zelda... all kinds of lil stuff like that... they have GREAT bass to 'em... also some of Slipknots stuff has great bass.. specially when Joey hits those double bass licks... like in Surfacing... awesome song!!! Oh yeah... i just thought about it...
Slipknot - Surfacing
Mudvayne - Dig
both have really good bass for hard songs

If you're looking for real bass songs, try a bass mekanik. Its techno, and i like just about every track that doesn't have those annoying robot voices...
If you're into rap, i second the bia bia post, and just about everything by three 6 mafia or project pat has heavy bass
