What regulator do i need?
I have a 91 rs vert with a newly installed 383..what regulator do I need to run this carb with a tbi factory pump..will the Holley work that is rated for 41/2-9psi? I believe the tbi pump runs around 15psi..I don't wanna blow the diaphragm out of a regulator right out of the box..what's everyone else using?

My Holley Blue Pump pushes out 14 psi and I use a Holley regulator to bring it down, it's the same one you're talking about and it's actually the one that they usually bundle in with the blue pump. I would assume the 1 psi difference wouldn't hurt it.

I'm running a Mallory 4309 regulator on my carb'd 350 and the stock V6 fuel pump. It has no problems knocking the pressure down to 6 psi, and the V6 pump outs out a lot higher pressure than the TBI pump.

thanks red...I thought that was the case but wanted to ask around first..and 92rs..yes sir,the v6 pump is the same pump as the tpi cars use..
