I couldn't figure out what "llvll4l2c91350" meant either 
Its a guy named Marc I bought some headers off of him they are just as he described if not better. Sent the bolts and attachments all I need is to pick up some gaskets to get going on this.
Marc helped out alot with shipping and packaged the set so it arrived without any damage from the posties. I'd buy from him again he is a straight shooter.
