I bought a chip off 4thGenMontes and just wanted to leave some feedback. Shipping was a little slow as he accidentally sent it via regular first-class USPS, instead of Priority Mail like he said he would. It resulted in me getting the chip today (Wednesday) as opposed to most likely this past Saturday (he shipped the chip on last Wednesday; Priority Mail usually arrives in 3 days). I didn't mind (because I wasn't in a rush to get the part) except for the fact that I was beginning to worry if it had gotten lost in the mail or something.
That's my only complaint, and it turns out it was just something to worry me for a few days with no real consequences. Chip was very cheap, and it works perfectly. I would trust his description and assume anything he sold works, unless he explicitly states in the ad otherwise. I'd gladly do business with him again. Thanks!
