I paid for a deck lid fro a 92 camaro and 3 piece wing from this as* hat. He sends me the decklid just wrapped in a cardboard no protection what so ever. Deck lid corners are all bent over. Main piece of wing was busted to hell. He never sent me the corner pieces. He wont send money back. He is a crook. I have reported him to his local police and ic3,gov and my local fbi field office.
As far as the two corner pieces i got the old it was returned to me scam.
All i wanted was my two other pieces nad a new fawking center wing.

hey man your pieces came back to me in the mail today it said return to sender whats your address again i get it sent out asap at least we figured out where they are
I am sort of lucky. I bought a "matched lock set" from him and he sent me 3 different locks then tried to claim I was BS'ing him. I sent the locks back and it took him 2 weeks to refund me. I would never deal with him again. He is a snake and should be banned.

who said anything about meet your maker and butt kicking not me. I am not a child. I have all you pm's and eamils and they where all forwarded to ic3.gov and the fbi and pasco county sheriffs department. I just want my money. Some fellow 3rd gen people are sending me the parts for free since you ripped me off.
why do you have to pm someone i have no said and or sent anything i am not willing to let the public see. I never mentioned any a$$ kicking on my behalf unless someone else did.

Ive had to use ic3.gov before as well. Not for this seller. After the complaint was filed it was only a couple days and he was sending me Emails on how I wanted my money refunded. Its a shame TGO lets as many of these guys stick around even after proof is made they are deadbeat sellers. Its a buyer beware forum...........
Its okay i all ready have his plate number on his car, where he went to high school etc etc. Life's a bitch when you screw with the wrong guy. All he had to do was send me the wing that broke and actually send me the corner pieces. He choose this road thinking nothing was gonna happen he was dead wrong.

I used to work for ups. they need foam or material 1 inch squared all the way around. they will want to see th ebox it cam and and will just say it was YOUR FAULT. YOU PACKAGED IT LIKE A$$! Its your fault. If you had taken your time bubble wrappe dit etc. You just wrapped carboard aorund the decklid and wing and sent it. No protection whatsoever.
I will not stop until i get my money and you are in jail. Trust me WILL NOT STOP!

Just my 2 cents but if I wanted a refund just like everywhere else I would have to return the parts that were sent to me and I know no place that will pay for return shipping... If you can find me one ill buy all my parts from them .....
this fight should of been over with hey these parts were damaged not as the photos you sent me and make arrangements to ship back and get your money back and well learn a lesson not a well liked lesson but he we all live and learn.
To be honest I would not refund any money unless I got the parts back damaged or not. I sold a radio on ebay the guy didnt like it when he got it said it didnt work he sent it back worked fine but still refunded his money because I got my radio back
oh yea and he paid to ship it back.

well if you go to court you'll get it all back, keep receipts, but no way would I pay somebody their money back on good faith without the parts I sold back, damaged or not. but I in good faith would pay them for the shipping when the money was returned if it was in fact my fault in any way. but if they just didn't like the part they could eat the shipping and I'd pay them straight.

Ummm yea its a eat it thing on the return shipping thats why I would not buy anything that the shipping cost more then the part ... to me some things wrong with the whole thing if the part is that cheap and shipping is so high
I agree with Bomber If your that determined to get all your money back save all Receipts and take it to small claims court
As for being damaged and poorly packaged should of taken photos when it arrived
and show everyone (and of course court)

Still waiting on my ground effects and rear bumper that I paid for back in December. I've been sending him pm or two a week asking where they are and always get the same message back "been busy, they will be out by friday". Except for the one time he claimed they shipped and came back because of an invalid address...which is the same thing yetterben was told. I so wish I would have paid $40 more to the other member that had the parts I needed.
God, I just want my money back, I don't believe I'll ever see the ground effects and am beginning to doubt their existence... 160 may not seem like alot to some people, but considering I make less than $600 a month it's quite the hit for me.
(Yes, this is essentially the same thing I posted in cam's thread)
Still no word on replacement wing. Thanks for all the pm's Glad other have filled with ic3.gov as well. T4Revan someone from the fbi will be in contact shortly after claim is filled.

The wing ends did show today but i am still left with no center section due to poor packaging. I can get a new center for 25 bucks so i am holding out for that or a new wing from jared. After all it was his fault about the packaging. He seems to think ups will cover the claim. I worked for them. They will not unless the item is packed with 1 inch of material all the way around. This thing showed up folded in a piece of cardboard with tape on the ends. No protection.
Those that have filed with ic3.gov please email me so we can get the same agen. I have all ready be assigned a field agent.

Hold on, though. May I clarify something? Now that you received the missing pieces, what are you using the FBI for? Going after him for not packing the item properly?
Don't get me wrong, I'd be mad as hell, too. But I don't understand what the FBI is going to be needed for in regards to a badly padded wing?

I am due in Georgia next month i might stop down and get my wing in person

But I do not believe it is your right to pursue an FBI claim for OTHERS. You can only pursue such an avenue to remedy an illegal event that has been perpetrated against YOU, making you a victim of some type.
So, as I said, what is your current grievance now that the missing parts have arrived? It seems like you should pursue the claim with UPS first, and then IF they won't reimburse you AND the seller refuses to reimburse you for his crappy packing, THEN you seek out a punishment for fraud.
See what I mean?

I worked for ups i know they will deny the claim the honor between 1-10 percent of all claims there insurance is a fraud.
I will pursue this for other people thats how i am this guy will not get away with this kinda buisness practice. I will help anybody who gets scammed. I have helps 100's of other people get there money back and have helped to lock up dozens of people.
I even helped get that jeremy guy locked up in seattle washington he was knocking up women stealing money from people over the internet and was also a child porn guy. I will help anybody.
Money has nothing to do with it i have pinball machines worth more than most people's cars on here. Its just a matter of right or wrong. Just becasue you rob the bank and give it back does not mean no crime was no commited. I am glad i got my stuff but others have not been so lucky. Dozens of pm's poored in about this guy.

I'm not trying to be combative, but you keep saying he is a scammer. Well, how did he scam YOU, now that you have the missing pieces? Bad packing is not the same as scamming.
In any event, it is incumbent upon you to pursue a logical course of action, and to escalate to the higher levels of consequence only when you have tried the less drastic avenues first. I don't think that YOU can legally get involved with the FBI in trying to get someone in trouble for their deals with OTHER people. Your testimony is just hearsay. Those people have to contact authorities on their own. So, how were YOU scammed?
I don't know about the other guy you mentioned, but I sure hope you have hard evidence about this child porn issue. That is just about the worst thing you can accuse a person of being involved in, and if untrue, constitutes libelous slander.
I will jsut help people the best i can to get what needs to be done done. It took 3 weeks for me to get these wing tips. I got the old returned to me in the mail deal. I would have sent it in the same box as proof it got returned with the same label. I will not let people like this fly under the radar dude.
At this point he did not scam me but i believe he tried to pull some bs. He is used to be people not caring becasue its only 50 bucks or 100 bucks.

Ok, the wing is obviously f'ed up. I'd be unhappy with the shipping, too. I'm just saying that the issue now is filing a claim with UPS and then trying to resolve the issue with the seller. Or vice versa, if you know the claim will be denied.
I just feel like the FBI needs to go after criminals, and at this point all we have a bad packaging, which is not a criminal matter.
I DO hope it gets worked out, I'm just worried about the hyperbole.
