HOW DO I FLUSH A 1990 CAMARO ENGINE?

i have a 1990 RS Camaro v-8 305 tbi. i think the engine needs to be flushed because there is rust in the radiator and throughout the path where the water travels throughout the engine.first of all is this very bad? second how can i flush the whole motor in detail please.i know there is rust in the inner parts where the water travels because i removed the water housing and there was a thick blog of rust that was stuck to the water housing

Cleaner is part of a flush. You can't clean without flushing.
