Green Slime in rad, and coolant reservoir
Hey guys, I have weird green gunk in my radiator and reservoir tank. I was wondering what kind of flush you guys recommend and how i can get the gunk out of the block.
Its a 91 firebird with a 3.1l V6.
Thanks.

jiffy lube does a really nice flush, but its like 90 bucks. i would personally drain my rad frmo the bottom, then stick a garden hose in my rad and let it run and overflow for like a half hour. my friends have dont it to their cars, be careful not to get water in a bad place. but yeah, jiffly lube vacumes and washes out the entire system. its very nice. make sure not to put cold water into a hot engine, use warm water or wait until your engine is completly cool to be safe. you can crack your block.

Pics or it isn't gross.
Is the sludge thick enough to extract as a blob on the end of a stick?
How does your crankcase dipstick look?
