code 33 ?

Is there any way to get rid of the code 33 besides raising the MAF threshold? I've got a zz4 cammed 355 L98 with 11:1 compression and aluminum vette heads.

SD or MAF? I know you said MAF, but your car is a 1990. What did the ECM come from?

Also, there is a post on the DIY Prom Board regarding code 33 on a MAF system on a "built engine" by doc. The stock MAF eprom has limits of how much air it will permit before it thinks "no way the MAF can be flowing this much air at this rpm, therefore the MAF must be failing - set code 33".

RBob posted to Doc how to alter that threshold so the eprom will accept more airflow at certain rpms.
