OBD II Programming

I have OBD I all figured out and I was wondering how to reprogram the OBD II computers. I know they don't have chips and you have to remove the whole computer and reprogram it that way. Anybody know where to get the software and hardware to do it though?

The only ones I KNOW can be reprogrammed by the DIY'er are the LT1, LS1/6, and trucks. check out: Carputing

They have all you need, cable, software, etc... Not cheap, but is anything anymore? Also, the PCM doesn't have to come out to reprogram it on the newer stuff.

If there's any other stuff out there, I would like to know! I'm going to need something when I get my S-10 project under way!
