Tunercat, spark advance VS RPM VS load?

I just purchased all the equipment to burn my own chips and I have a (hopefully easy) question about Tunercats spark vs RPM vs Load table. My table if from a 1987 350 TPI car and it displays load values from 32 to 208 across the top and 400 RPM to 4800 RPM down the left side. My question is how do I get RPM values higher then 4800 RPM and load values lower then 32 and higher then 208 to show up? The fuel table goes from load values of 0 to 256 and RPM values from 0 to 6400. I was expecting the spark tables to show the same ranges. Does anything below a load value of 32 use the 32 settings and anything above a load value of 208 use the 208 setting? Does the same hold true for any RPM avove 4800?

Thanks
