Finally a decent MAF

The ZO6 MAF, is a beauty. I don't know if all the 85mm MAFs have this airfoil design, but it's alot better then the LT1/LS1's in my book. For the V6 guys, it's basically just a plug, and play for using it with a 8253, but for the V8 guys, it means some work. Changing the cap, as it's been discribed on a 730, with the necessary code changes, both to the ecm, and scanner, would let you actually data log, the grm/sec..

Down side is, that transistional hoses from 3"->3.75" are $32 a piece.

BTW, it's a 5 wire connector, 3 for the MAF, and 2 for IAT.

What do you mean, plug and play for the V6 guys?

It'll run with the '302 C3 ecu, 32-150hz? No way...

The later computers are lightyears ahead of the junky C3, I dont think theyd have much trouble using it, or at least getting a useful reading in.

My 85 mm MAF has the airfoil as well. Cant wait to try it in the next few weeks.
