Willem programmer question

Im trying to program a 2732 chip, but i keep getting error messages when i try to burn it. I noticed the checksum isnt the same as the one in Tunerpro, and the error i get has the first part of the checksum in it. My chip checks out and verifies that it is blank. Any suggestions?
