Bpw vs.airflow vs. egr D.C.

I am working on a 7747 amuj.bin. I've raised my fuel pressure and adjusted my bpw according to the math. My question is does this table need to be adjusted also and how? I'm sure this could be a performance and emmissions issue if it were too far off . There is no explanation of how the table works in tunercat. This is a stock vehicle and I'm getting my feet wet in prom tuning with this first before doing any major mods.
