Bin. Question
When You Open the Binary File on the Computer, What does it look like?
And are the Stock Settings readily Available? Fuel and Air Mixture. I dont really Know what Is good for that..
Shift Points.. I'd say at the Highest RPM point of your powerband.. If you want decent MPG bring them down a few RPMs. Does that sound right?

I think what you are looking for is a tuner program that can display the ecm program in a useful format that can be easily modified. Take a look at TunerPro or TunerCat or other tuning programs.
