These tables/values seem WAY off help!?

So to make things simple I've attached a PNG file to show you all what I'm dealing with here. This is the first time I've opened up my bin to try and fix some of the stuff going on, and I found many tables that had values going all over the place. PLEASE take a look and set me straight, should I smooth these out or leave them be? There are a lot I know, I'm new to this any advice or help would be great. A few questions I had:

I noticed in a few tables I left up, like the WOT%change to AF ratio vs coolant temp (bottom right, sorry for cutting the name out) is set to 0, this means change is disabled for some reason, correct? Also the Open Loop AF ratio %change vs. coolant temp is also set to 0 in most places, this means adjustments based on coolant temp are also disabled?

Can someone explain why my min BLM value is higher than my max BLM value (not in datalogging, in the bin)

%TPS to enable WOT vs RPM seems like a massive fail - for instance 0% TPS is needed at 3200 rpms to enable WOT???

Last, what is going on in the Desired Idle Speed vs Coolant temp? If I am reading correctly, the "desired idle" is 2000 rpm at 56C (132F)?

If it helps, my car is a 1988 Camaro TPI ('165 $32B)

And yes, I did read up on the Prom Tuning Guide before getting into any of this, and searches for explanations on individual tables did not help any yet.

Re: These tables/values seem WAY off help!?

It is either the XDF file is incorrect or the BIN file is incorrect. The BIN may be trashed, the XDF could have been renamed and is for a different mask id.

Re: These tables/values seem WAY off help!?

I got the xdf from tunerpro's website, and the bin from the chip that was in my car, how is that possible?

EDIT: Since my car had been previously tuned (before I bought it), and your suggestion that the XDF was wrong, I went over to Tunerpro's site again and downloaded $32, $32B, and $6E XDF's to try them all. $6E seems to show everything correctly, no random drops in the middle of tables and such. I believe that my bin must have been updated in the past. Thanks for showing me the possible issues, from there I was able to diagnose which one it was.

Seems like a small problem, but was very frustrating for me Thank you Bob, you're great!
