Starting out and having issues

Ok, I've been reading about prom burning and I bought the burner and eraser and will by Craig's adapter soon. And I have GMEPro for the software and In the near furture I'll get tunercat.

But my present prom is from TPIS, long story, and I got to borrow my mechanic's scanner and noted alot of things that just don't look right. Yea can you imagine that?

Anyway the first thing is the idle. In park and in close loop it jumps from like 760 rpms to 830 rpms and the IAC count is 25. Is this natural for a ZZ9 cam? Running temp is like 200 to 187 depending if the T-stat opens up or not.

The set idle in park is at 800 rpms and in drive the set idle is at 737rpms.

I was thinking of reseting the idle vs coolant temp for a lower rpm.

But I was looking at my Block Learn and it was at 139 and my O2 sesnor voltage was jumping between 270mV and 680mV and the injector pulse width was 2.0mS. Now if I remembr right then I'm running rich, right?

So I was also thinking that I should lower the pulse width to get the Block Learn down to 128 and bring up my O2 to like 900mV to 500mV.

Is there one place I should concentrate on first? I know I shouldn't work on everything first but which one first.

Also, TPIS and there "GREAT PROGRAMMERS" when they did my chip they turned off the EGR DIAG SWITCH and the KNOCK SIGNAL OFF!!!?
Should I put these back on again or wait.
I was hoping to use this chip as a starter but it looks to #@$%^ up!

Sorry to have asked so many questions but I did do searches but these question popped up and I can't seem to find answers.

First start with changing the inj. constant to get your blms close to 128 across the board. Also check out using the arap bin as a good place to start.
If it's idling smooth I wouldn't worry about the rpm jumping around a bit.
Your o2 sensor mv are supposed to switch between high and low.......

Thanks for replying.
Would increasing the the injector constant help bring it down or up??

If you bring your injector count up from 22 to 24lbs, it will lean the engine out and visa-versa. If you are running rich or have added larger injectors...this should point you in the right direction.
