Replacing Locks. Any repair articals?

Any repair articals or pictures to help me do this. I am going to replace bolth the lock assembly and the rods, because the power locks don't open the locks, but they do make a clicking noise. So ya I don't know what the deal is, nither will I till I pop open the door and have a look. HEHE

Same problem here. I'm thinking that maybe a little lubrication will do the trick. You may not need it as much as I do but, there is an article in the technical section that will help you tear apart your doors "power windows 101" or something like that.

Can you at least see the locks making an effort to move? I agree with 89RSProject about the lubricating. I oiled mine with WD40 about a year ago and it's working fine now. I didnt open up the panels though I sprayed the WD40 through the top of the door with the windows down. During the day you can seperate the window stripping and slightly see the PW motor and the parts that move. I sprayed electric cleaner on the PW motor and WD40 on the moving parts. Then work the locks back and forth by hand till it frees up. But you may have lub again like i had to. Hope this helps.
