strobelight for a headlight!!!!!
ok ive been messin around with this prob for a week now. every time I turn on my headlights they work fine to start. After I pick up speed though( around 35 mph) the drivers side light starts to "flicker". Its like a strobe light. I have either fixed, checked, or replaced the following:
1. the ground
2. the bulb
3. the voltage comming across is 11.7 vdc
4. the basket seems secure
If anybody can help me out with this I would really appreciate it.
And yes. It is just the drivers side...I am positive about that.

Sometimes wire can break within the insulation. ou may just need to replace a length of power wire to the headlight. Check the voltage of the wire at the plug while jiggling the wire & observe the voltage,, there might be an internal break of the wire insode the insulation causeing the problem (a common fault of power tools working intermittantly). The suspect portion of wire would be the part that is close to the headlight whre it pops up. Hope that helps

Swap the lights on the passenger and driver's sides. Does the problem move? If so, then you can presume the problem is with the lamp. I would suspect the filament is not securely attached to its mount (thus creating the "strobe" affect making intermittent contact).
If the problem remains on the passenger's side, then I would suspect a bad connection to the lamp at the socket. Ensure that it is tight and clean.
