Camshaft Sensor

I am helping out a friend who drives a 1998 Mustang GT (I know I know, but hes a friend) and his camshaft sensor isnt working and needs to be replaced. Does anyone know where these things even are or how to go about installing one? Any help would be greatly aprrechiated, Thanks...
