No wipers

Ive had this problem for years, and i think it cant get any worse now. My wipers occasionally blew a fuse now and then when you turned them on, and always blew the fuse if you put them on warp speed. Now though, just about 90% of the time when i turn the wipers on the fuse blows... what gives?
thanks
Derek

Yeah, I hate to be brief but there isn't much to the circuit. Almost everything is self contained. You could probably grab one from the junkyard, just make sure its the right year because they switched somewhere along the line. I actually converted my 86 to use my 89s motor becuase it worked better- and the fluid came out of the wipers themselves rather than nozzles on the cowl.
