egr and maf relay wiring questions
1st does anyone know how the sensor wire in the base of the egr is supposed to be installed? i took it out of the sleeve while replacing the egr. i screwed it all the way down into the sleeve upon re-installation. i also get a code 32 in the mornings upon start-up but none throughout the rest of the day.
2nd does anyone know where to get the connectors in the maf/burn-off/fuel pump relay connectors? i am trying to rewire them and the original connectors are a pita.....lol.
any help is greatly appreciated.

1. The sensor that you are referring to is called the EGR Diagnostic Temperature Switch. Did you by any chance forget to reconnect the wire harness after you re-installed it?
2. I have found a wonderful selection of connectors and such just by browsing the local junkyards. There are a few auto parts stores that carry new connectors, pins, and the pin insertion and removal tools along with the crimping tools for this.

yeah, that was the first thing i checked when it came up. it only does it in the morning.
thanks i was hoping somebody might know an exact place to get these particulat pieces so i wouldn't have to run all over town. i got some pigtails at the local junk yard but they aren't much better than the ones on the my car.

Most of the after market connectors and such are made by belkin, NAPA has a catalog that you can order them from as well as stocking some of them. The variety of what is stocked greatly depends upon the size of the store and the business that it does. There are also some auto performance shops that stock these parts as well.
