Caspers throttle response...

Hey ya'll i was jus wondering wat you guys think of this caspers throttle response i found on jegs, suppose to improve throttle response when 70% opens and send more volts to the ecm and get more power wat do you guys think about it? http://www.jegs.com/i/Caspers+Electr...02015/10002/-1

Crap, BS, Snake Oil, Junk.
All it does is tell the computer to go into PE mode sooner.
See here for more info. ('Performance Proms' , also TPS enhancer snake oil, and other chip basics) A tune would be a better investment.

Ok thank guys, im jus lookin for somethin tht would help my response because when i install my chip the throttle response is not good
