Missing constant 12v

I have a question for all of you experts. Over the weekend I did a engine swap in my 84z I put a carbed 350 in. Everything works perfectly with the engine and all. But for some reason I'm missing a constant 12v in the car. My power locks, interior lights only work with the key in the on position. My radio also looses all settings when the car is turned off. I've checked wiring diagrams and the power locks only have a constant voltage not a switched one. That's where it confuses me. The car had a lot of extra wires which are still there not hooked up. It went from a ac stock lg4 to a simple old school vacuum controlled distributor carb set up.

Any ideas? Thanks

Oh there also at one point appears that an alarm was installed I just see the harness no box. But I'm pretty sure the power locks worked when the car was off before the swap (I bought the car just for the swap) the harness is still wired in though.
