MSD street fire tach question

In the directions for my MSD street fire ignition box it says I may need an adapter to make my tach work. Does anyone out there know for sure whether I will need it or not on my 91 GTA? I'd like to have all the parts on hand when I go to install it.

Re: MSD street fire tach question

Installed it today and the tach seems to work perfect. Revved it to 4500 and it was smooth and accurate.
