Also have a 355 long block. This lb has Eagle cast crank, Eagle forged rods, Hyper(brand with the lightning bolt, dont remember) pistons, edelbrock truroller timing chain, comp roller bump stick, comp roller lifters. Off brand water pump and cast iron ballancer- not installed but will throw it in!

stroke: 3.48 in, cast steel Eagle new and installed
Rods: 5.7in, forged steel Eagle new and installed
pistons: Speed pro 4.030 with moly rings,-5cc
Block: Used out of my old 87' GTA. Baked and boiled. Bored and honed out using torque plates. Both decks cut to 9in so thats a .025 negitive cut. For a 9 inch deck height. With -5cc pistons this gives you a 10.30:1 compression ratio.
