I have a factory gas tank /fuel gauge sending unit from a carbeurated vehicle. not sure what vehicle it originally came from (i pulled it from a 91 camaro, but there were no carbs then so someone swapped it in). From what i hear this is for 84-87 carved vehicles without fuel pump in tank. It will fit 82-83 tanks, but I've heard those years have a different gauge sender. I tested this sender and it works great with the same resistance values as TPI units.
this is also a great unit for fuel injected vehicles using an external fuel pump.
they don't make any aftermarket replacements for the carb sending unit so these are getting hard to find.
