Nice intake, $382 on Summit. You posted the casting #, the part # is 12366573, just like Edelbrock 7116

found out some good info thanks to infernalvortex, most is copied and pasted from a pm he sent me, just modified it alittle to post it
GM's intakes are casted by Edelbrock. There are two GMPP Vortec intakes. One is a rebranded Performer, and the other a Performer RPM intake.
This intake is identical in every way to a Performer RPM, which is a very good intake, one that people know and seek out, but the Performer RPM is also a much more affordable intake (new) than the GMPP intake.
Compare this to mine, you will see it's EXACTLY the same.
This is the regular Vortec Performer intake by Edelbrock:
And this is the other GMPP Vortec carb intake:
If you compare these to Weiand or Professional Products you'll see big differences, but Edelbrock does GM's Gen 1 intake casting apparently, and you can see pretty clearly what's going on.
some people say the GMPP intake isnt very good, because they dont realize there's two of them. The Performer RPM is pretty much the benchmark for good carb intakes, so what you've got is a good one, but people may not necessarily know that.

Several years ago I posted up that I had one of these, and there were a few guys bashing it... took some going back and forth to figure out that the intake the other guys had seen was the regular Performer version, and not the RPM. It sort of came together after that when we all realized there were two different versions. Mine also came off a ZZ crate engine that a guy was going to put fuel injection on. I think GM just doesnt want to sell a crate engine that has "Edelbrock" written on it somewhere, so they have these made for them.
