Memcal code is "AUJN 1615 0502" is from a 1989, automatic, 3.27 gear ratio, F-body. Table for TPI Memcal codes http://chevythunder.com/prom_bcc_1989.htm
Also it comes with the plastic bracket and the one cover screw is stripped, doesn't affect anything.

what year model did the ecm come from and is the prom in it?

Yes, the prom is in it and I am not 100% on the year for the ecm as it came out of my camaro that had a corvette 350 installed before I purchased it. The car ran great with the ecm installed and have no doubt it is a 350. However I do not know how to verify if it is from a 350 or a 305.

I opened up the pcm to check the memcal code. The code is "AUJN 1615 0502". I found a table on chevy thunder that has a list of prom codes. From what I read there it seems that the prom is from a 1989, automatic, 3.27 gear ratio from a F body. I'm not sure what the second and third set of numbers stand for.
